Interstate buyers agents will try to sell you properties they acquire without inspection and/or giving you all the information you need to make an informed decision. 

 Thanks for all of your hard work over the last few months finding us the perfect investment property. When Chris and I first started looking at buying our first property we were confronted with a very fast paced Brisbane market which was difficult to crack into.
