The idea for First Home Buyers Consultancy emerged from my regular interactions with first home buyers at open homes. Many were eager to purchase but felt overwhelmed and unsure about the process. I noticed that while they sought expert guidance, the costs associated with a full-service buyers agent often took up a significant portion of their deposit. To address this, I created a tailored consultancy service designed to provide first home buying help, educating and empowering first home buyers.
Through this service, I guide clients through the same processes I utilize as a professional buyers agent—covering property research, inspections, negotiations, and due diligence—so they can make confident, informed decisions about their home buying assistance.
